Force Majeure

JEWAR Heritage shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in fulfilling its obligations due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, unforeseen events, government actions, customs delays, pandemics, transportation disruptions, wars, technical failures, or any other force majeure events.

In the event of such circumstances, obligations shall be suspended until operations return to normal.
