JEWAR Heritage operates in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The company reserves the right to refuse orders in cases of pricing errors or suspected fraudulent activity. All intellectual property rights are exclusively reserved to JEWAR Heritage. The company bears no responsibility for misuse of the product after delivery.

Product Authenticity:

All misbahs are handcrafted from authentic natural stones such as Tiger Eye, Black Agate, Lapis Lazuli, and Amethyst. Natural variations in color, texture, and patterns may occur, and these are inherent characteristics of natural stones and are not considered defects.

Pricing & VAT:

All prices are listed in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) where applicable. JEWAR Heritage reserves the right to modify prices without prior notice.

Order Cancellation:

Orders may only be canceled prior to shipment. Customized or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has commenced and payment has been completed.

Intellectual Property:

All content, logos, designs, packaging concepts, and product images are the exclusive property of JEWAR Heritage.

Limitation of Liability:

JEWAR Heritage shall not be held liable for misuse, improper handling, or any external modifications made to the product after delivery.
