One-Year Limited Warranty

JEWAR Heritage provides a one-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects only.

Material Specifications:

• 925 silver-plated components for spacers and tassel.
• And/or 21-karat gold-plated components for spacers and tassel.
• Premium natural stones.

This warranty does not cover misuse, accidents, negligence, modifications, attempted repairs, or intentional cutting of the string.

Please note that silver and gold plating may naturally oxidize over time and require proper care. Such oxidation is not considered a manufacturing defect.

In the event that a manufacturing defect is confirmed, the store will cover the shipping costs.
If the repair falls outside the warranty coverage, the customer will be responsible for both repair and shipping costs.

Customers are kindly advised to follow the product care instructions available in our store to avoid voiding the warranty.
